Who is eligible to use O-Link?
All businesses looking to hire young, enthusiastic, part time staff.
Do I have to create a profile to use the O-Link service?
Yes. Students will be able to browse the available offers without a profile but a profile is required in order to post jobs for students to see.
Does O-Link guarantee me staff?
No. O-Link provides access to a vast pool of potential applicants who are eager for work.
What does it cost for Employers?
For the first 3 months of operation, the service will be FREE for Employers! A pricing structure will be incorporated and shared to all Employers before the free 3 months come to an end.
How do I change my profile information?
Clicking your profile picture in the top right of your page will take you to the “User Profile” page. Clicking the “Edit” button will allow you to manage your profile information.
What happens if I forget my password?
On the login screen, simply click the “Forgot Password” button and an email will be sent to you with instructions to reset your password.
Will I get a Student's contact details?
Once a Student has been confirmed (blue dot) for either a job or interview, Employers will be able to email the respective Student under the “My Applicants” page.
Why should I use O-Link?
O-Link’s unique system allows Employers to set minimum criteria for applications, ensuring you receive quality applicants able to perform. All applications are in the same format and include a rating based on previous work, making comparisons easy. You will also be able to set an application threshold, controlling the number of applications you receive per available position.
